For homeowners, most of what we do runs on a simple month-to-month maintenance agreement, with project work quoted separately whenever you're ready for it. For commercial properties, HOAs and property managers, we run fixed-day service with a written scope so there's no ambiguity about what happens on which visit — and one contact who answers the phone when something needs attention before the next scheduled day.
If your association requires a certificate of insurance before a vendor sets foot on the property, ask and we'll send it over the same day.
